Panels of various sizes required for cold storages are manufactured and put into service by Nuhpanel under the name of Climate Control Panels (CCP) in international standards. Nuhpanel Cold Room panels can be manufactured to have a thickness of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm, a width of 1000 mm and a length of up to 15 meters length according to the project. Its inner and outer surfaces are galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 0.50 mm as a standard and coated with RAL9002 polyester paint. Sheet thickness may vary according to the project. Sheet thicknesses are 0.50 mm as a standard, and PVC coating or stainless-steel options are available upon request. Nuhpanel cold room panels are assembled via their male-female interlocking fasteners. The product is manufactured by applying polyurethane filler with a density of 40-42 kg / m3 in between two sheets. The surface of Nuhpanel Cold Room panels is smooth, hygienic and easy to clean. Due to its hygienic nature, it is preferred especially in hospitals, food products warehouses and pharmaceutical industry. It prevents heat loss with its special design and accessories.
