An official static analysis report is prepared to be submitted to relevant authorities for each type of structure we are asked to design the project of. Regardless whether a project under our responsibility needs a static analysis report, no project is prepared without static analysis. When creating load combinations, we use TS EN 1992 regulation and TS – 498 building loads regulation prepared based on the type, dimensions and location of the structure.
Transferring a system provided with a general solution to the computer environment for static analysis.
Force diagrams are created for each component of the system.
Deflections on each axis of the system are visualized in computer environment (Deformed State).
Modeling is used to elaborate and create construction drawings of a system, the static analysis of which has been made and the profiles of which have been determined. Modeling is very important for additional systems to be built on existing structures.
Before creating the construction drawings, existing systems are modeled in terms of elevation and size; and the additional structure is processed on this system, reducing the margin of error in the onsite assembly of the manufactured components and providing ease of manufacture and assembly.
Computer model of a roof system to be placed on an existing structure and a closed space to be created in front of it.
A project with completed modeling and detailing over an existing structure.
Modeling example, roofing of an indoor area.
Modeling example, composite flooring
The production sheets of our projects are sent to the workshop after their analysis and modeling have been completed and their construction have been approved. The steel components to be prepared for assembly are shaped in accordance with the sheets.
The steel components are manufactured in the maximum dimensions possible in order to shorten the assembly phase at the construction site.
While the steel production continues, work begins at the construction site on the anchorage points specified in the project in order for the anchorage of steel components. Anchorages are completed before the manufactured steel components are brought to the construction site. The existing structure is prepared for the assembly.
If the steel component to be assembled is to be anchored on a reinforced concrete lug or wall that has not been cast yet, embedded steel plates and anchor plates are placed before concrete is poured.
Completed productions are brought to the construction site and the assembly is completed as soon as possible.
